On the USPS website it also states that the kiosk is open today. I went to this location and could see through the window that yes the kiosk is on. However, all the doors to the building are locked and the hours on the building state that this building is closed on Sundays and Holidays which isn’t uncommon for a post office. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to use this kiosk to mail something priority mail today and was unable to access the kiosk even though the USPS website specifically states the public would have access to it on a Sunday.
- OBOlivia BurleyOct 12, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. My mailbox, along with others’ in my area have had our mailbox locks tampered with. Our keys no longer worked on our mailbox. We reported it to the facility in person and the woman behind the counter had a suspicion that it could possibly be a delivery driver that worked our route, since the others in my area were reporting the same thing. They offered to replace our lock and key for free because of this. Now they’re back tracking and saying that they don’t know who did it for sure, so we have to pay out of pocket for our lock to be replaced on our box. The people that we spoke to about our locks documented our report as us losing our key, but how is that possible, when my key is literally on my keychain??
