- JQJ QwertyDec 29, 20252.0Bad customer service. Called to replaced my water cooler because of hot water wasn't working that was on December 23 they delivered a new one on December 24 but that one didn't work. So I put in a request to have this one replaced with my water delivery on the 27th of December. Well today they didn't deliver my water or my cooler but they delivered my next door neighbor delivery of water. I called customer service they said "that I have to wait until tomorrow." I said "since you didn't make my delivery can I at least a credit or not charge me a delivery fee" the answer was no. Bottom line is i understand if there is a delay but if you delivered my neighbor's water but not mine and tell me I have to wait until the next day that's not right. I am considering canceling service and finding some other company to deal with.
