2026 and they don’t do QR codes…really? Do better please. I hope this review and others will get you up to minimum reasonably expected standards. And there’s no reason to have an attitude toward a customer that brought in a package with a QR code as if they came in to ship a cow.

Fedex pricing is pricey. 5 lbs box was almost 100$. Sent off another package from else where and it was 15lbs for 80$.
Customer service was great though.

Excellent customer service.
All associates were friendly, and there were several which made the process easy little to no wait time.
One dollar tape charge, which is not bad at all.

Service was ok. This place is more expensive than other places. Not only that, they don’t offer coverage (or at least didn’t ask and just put $0) and ended up charging me extra for supplies that I didn’t use. I didn’t catch that until now and yes, I should have checked my receipt before I left, but I just assumed that the transaction was accurate as it should be. So if you go here, check your receipt before you leave! They also used USPS which I personally don’t care for or usually use. Lesson learned, I’ll just go to FedEx or UPS.
EDIT
Thanks for reaching out, I already knew what was charged and my items did not require peanuts. But just to clear it up, it’s not the amount but the principle amongst other things!
