  ​My husband worked for this company and had a truly terrible experience. He accidentally left his doctor-prescribed anxiety medication at the office. When he returned to ask for it, the management humiliated him and called him a "drug addict" for needing his prescribed medication. ​Shortly after this incident, he was fired. ​To make matters infinitely worse, when he filed for unemployment, his claim was rejected. The reason PeopleReady gave to the state was "illicit drug use." This was a complete and malicious lie, directly related to the prescribed medication he had tried to retrieve. Their false report cost our family his unemployment benefits. ​The management at this location was not only unprofessional and cruel, but their actions were dishonest and had serious financial consequences. ​My warning to anyone considering working for them: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Document your hours, your prescriptions, and every single interaction you have with management. If you have to work for these people, you must protect yourself.

  During the summer I was placed on an assignment and was given about 16 shifts. I went and bought the required attire for the job. A week before I was supposed to work, I was taken off every shift. Their explanation was that the client no longer needed everyone that was originally assigned to work. I was somewhat hurt because I was so excited to get back on my feet. I kept telling my girlfriend that I was glad to go back to work since I had a tough year. I did break down a little and I honestly never felt that hurt before from just the thought I would be able to tie up some lose ends. Since then, barley any work has come my way from this place and all the jobs they had available honestly sounded terrible. Stuff like emptying bio hazard material from truck beds. Seriously disappointed with this place and honestly I just ignore their texts.

  Stopped by today to see if there were any jobs because their so called "jobstack" app is worthless. There is never any jobs being posted. I called before and was told sometimes jobs aren't posted into the app because it takes more work... and that it was easier for them to quickly place them with people returning to the office from their other jobs. What's the point of having the app if you don't use it. Those of us who were told to use the App never see any jobs then. So when i stopped by today which they're supposed to be open. Of course they're closed and the door is locked. So basically their jobstack app is worthless and nobody is at the office.... Which apparently many other people wrote reviews about complaining! Ideally temp agencies aren't the best, but there are plenty of other temp companies that will treat you better!

  If I could give less -5 I would. I was not given the courtesy of calling me to let me know that a worker was not showing up. I asked to find a replacement and was never called when they could not locate one. I was never sent an invoice and billed incorrectly. Had I not checked my cc bill I would have not been aware. After notifying I was not told why it happened and when I asked to have the manager call that also did not happen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to use them.
