Dropped stiff off for my classroom and it’s not useable . Didn’t offer any options to rectify except menial discount that didn’t even cover tax or their special fees
- PPPaperOct 27, 20251.0Fed Ex is the WORST delivery company ever! They were suppose to deliver a package this morning that I paid two day delivery for. I had to sign for it, so took the morning off work hoping I would just be a little late. Then they changed the delivery window to afternoon, so I had to call it again and then they changed it to delivery by 8pm. Guess what? Then they changed the delivery day to tomorrow! I have to take another day off work and am so frustrated. You can't get ahold of customer service and when I finally did they won't allow me to go in and pick it up even though it is back at their warehouse and I am would rather drive in tonight than have to take another day off tomorrow. All around horrible experience,
