Reason I gave them 2 stars is that I had a laptop shipped here and when I went to pick it up, the guy at the front counter called upstairs to have it sent down, and whoever was working in sorting simply tossed it down the elevator chute. A loud thump could be heard out front. Now... Of course I can't say anything for sure, but my laptop was broken when I got home and opened it up. You connect the dots. I WILL say though that I only sat on hold for 8 minutes when I called, and they answered my questions about delivery, so no issues there. Tl;Dr , friendly staff, understandably tired, unacceptably cut corners with fragile packages. Make sure you tell them to be careful, I will next time.
