  Have had a box here for nearly a decade. Great employees and employee retention at this location. They remember our names, joke around with us, and call when anything is amiss or there is a refrigerated or large package to retrieve. They are good at explaining upcoming changes and keeping us informed and if sufficiently staffed will help me out to the car with multiple packages. The staff are expected to handle a huge variety of tasks based on the myriad of services UPS offers and do so with patience and kindness as most of us customers are clueless to these processes. The layout of the store has design and flow issues... it is difficult for customers AND employees. The employees have to operate in very cramped/tight quarters as behind the counter is like a skinny hallway constantly bombarded with incoming and outgoing packages. The employees are falling over each other when it gets really busy trying to navigate between the various stations and shelves back there. They would certainly benefit from moving the counter out further into the retail/customer area so the employees can more efficiently move about when things get busy. The counter provided for customers to fill out paperwork etc. is placed in the narrowest part of the store so if someone or multiple someone's are using this counter there is a bottleneck in trying to get in/out of the store. ....The main door/entrance has always been a saga of it's own....it used to just slam in an uncontrolled way and now it has gone too far the other direction where it's SUPER heavy and resistant which is difficult while inevitably carrying a stack of boxes. There should (legally) be a handicap button that activates the door. There is not a loading/unloading zone per se....but they do have a hand truck you can borrow to go to the parking lot and back. When there is a big line, customers do not know where to stand and BEGIN the line in the middle of the store leaving the end of the line standing outside on the sidewalk despite there being plenty of room inside...a piece of tape on the floor or small standing sign should be placed further into the lobby area to encourage the first person in line to move inward. They are open 7 days a week and until 6:30 on weekdays making it super convenient to drop by and get your mail. There is a self serve Amazon return station and they offer document shredding.

  The clerk that I attended was very companionable. As a first time customer, they guided me through the process with practiced ease, equipping me with the correct package for my item, and explaining the process with nonchalant brevity, creating a calm, purposeful atmosphere, that nullified my pre-emptive internal qualms, and left me with a more than satisfactory experience.

  Pleasant staff but incompetent. 3000.00 computer was delivered to them; It was carelessly thrown onto a pile of boxes in a corner, upside down. According to the employee, they "didn't understand why the manager just threw it there" .... He also informed the that the UPS driver carried it in and dropped it "which is why the box was ripped". He for whatever reason felt inclined to tell me this right after I watched him drop it as well due to the initial broken box. This was such a weird interaction and I'm just disappointed. Hopeful the PC isn't damaged.

  Tried to mail a small lightweight box internationally from this store. I was quoted $450, but was told they could mail it thru the US postal service from there... for $175. After 30 minutes of the clerk trying to correctly fill out forms, I finally asked if I should just go to the post office. I just mailed the box at usps for $104.
