After months of trying to get my money back they trespassed me so I could not return to the store. I will never use UPS again for anything! The response below by the store manager is predictable and a bunch of garbage. Finally got a partial refund today. It has taken more than 5 months! These people are the absolute worst. The manager is incompetent at best and a flat out liar! I will NEVER use UPS ever again!
