  My go-to ups store primarily for Amzn returns ....Customer service is excellent. Clevor was CS agent the last few times and he has been consistently helpful, patient, and personable. He has made the sometimes lengthy 'find email, scan phone qr code, bag process, repeat ' low stress and friendly. Max has also been helpful. A+

  I needed to copy documents from my phone today. Haven't done it before. Max is so calm, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone who works here us very helpful. Great experience!!

  About a year & a half ago I came close to turning in my key to my mailbox and no longer doing business with this store. The reason was every time I came into the store there was new staff, seldom did I ever see the same person twice. But that is not the only reason, the staff didn’t have any personality they all acted like they were doing us a big favor just showing up. And it showed as I continued to get some other box holders mail & packages that I were to receive never arrived in my box even though I had confirmation from the business it was delivered. Then I found out management changed and my experience is NO LONGER RIDDLED WITH INCOMPETENCE. Not only do I receive my mail but I receive ALL MY PACKAGES. In fact the staff stops everything when I enter and look for anything that may have come in that day. The service I receive is outstanding. And the staff has a personality. We know each other by name and there is nothing more pleasing to enter the door and one of the staff says hi & greets me by my first name. I have secured UPS mailboxes in 4 different states in the past but NEVER have I received such wonderful service as this. Everyday I am in there and it still looks like Christmas rush and yet the staff eagerly works with the customers. I highly recommend using this facility and thank management for hiring such a terrific staff.
