There's someone who's decided to hold our mail hostage because my Lincoln is parked near it (there has to be a car behind my RV, people have tried stealing it before). There's a new guy on route that delivers our mail just fine, but one of the repeat route drivers apparently doesn't like us. I'm seeing some of the other reviews on here and I'd bet it's the same driver causing others issues too.

It’s now over a week and a half late because this incompetent “system” sent it to Iowa, then Minnesota, then Texas, then Arizona, and it’s still not delivered. I was worried so I stopped in to ask if this was normal. I was talked to like I was an idiot despite being completely polite and was told “we mail thousands of packages.” Doesn’t explain why you people can’t get a box from A to B without sending it to the other side of the country. What a joke. I’ll never use this trash service again. Unbelievable. If you want anything delivered even close to on time, use anyone else.

If I paid for postage then it needs to be delivered when it says to. There's been times when they didn't even show up for 2 days. If you pay for a service you should get what your paying for....
