She was difficult to understand but I got loud and clear that she was berating me for doing it incorrectly and that she was extremely inconvenienced by having to tape the package for me. I have used this UPS location many, many times. Today I felt like a piece of trash. Time to find someplace new.

Their was no doubt the woman at the counter hated her job. I felt like an annoyance rather than a customer. No hello, no thank you, no have a good day - nothing. Just give me your money and get out. Won't be going back to this location. I understand why so many are choosing Staples across the street instead.

They wanted add a few dollars to add tape to my box. I walked next door, bought a role, added tape, and they inspected it like they had a degree in shipping.
