- SLSedona LezaApr 13, 20261.0I tried to call to ask a question. The AI is completely unhelpful circular it is crazy making. I would rather sit on hold what the heck is the point. Oh the office is closed at this time, they very quickly read the hours open I’m pretty sure now is within that time range, hung up after all that “agent” “I want to speak to a person” “no” wouldn’t even let me leave a voicemail or offer to repeat the hours worth calling back during. Insulting to me and USPS staff and the whole point telephone service lines. So ridiculous I blame Elon’s joke of DOGE I guess Eight minutes I was trapped in AI unintelligence what a waste of my time tax dollars and earths finite resources. If the line is dead and there is no answering machine start off with that disclaimer. If you’re proud to rely on AI, why do you obfuscate that you’re doing so??
