Got are passports done here. They were awesome. Just walked in with our paperwork ready to go. Tony was smooth and professional. They great with packages and mail being sent. Not sure why people put low scores.

The USPS package delivery people are in such a rush to unload packages that they don't bother to read the address. On several occasions, they have dumped our next-door neighbor's package over our 6-foot-tall fence. I'm hoping the most recent occurrence didn't damage the neighbor's package, because it was fairly heavy and nearly hit my dogs, who were near the fence because they heard someone on the other side in the alley. I filed a complaint about this incident, but I'd be surprised if it actually changes the pattern of behavior USPS has established. How many injuries have they caused from actions similar to this?

They consistently lie about package statuses. Probably so they look better on stats.
Never have I once requested a package be delivered to a different address, yet the PO says I entered into some kind of agreement for that. Lie.
Never once have I requested my package be held for pickup, yet that’s what the PO said I did. Lie.
Not only is the service unreliable, but they continuously lie about their failures.
The previous time they claimed I asked for a package to be held at the office, I went down there and they didn’t even have it!
