She was adamant that I must obtain a new box and there was nothing she could do to help. Eventually a guy came out, took over for her, and applied a special sticker to the box and all was well. Kudos to the gentleman that helped me. You were friendly and helpful and I am truly grateful for your help. I’m sorry I did not catch your name. It’s a shame that Misty either isn’t trained or actively makes things difficult on purpose 🤷♂️
- EPEric PhelpsFeb 23, 20175.0Great staff! If you can't make it in before 5, just call the main number, ask to be transferred to the local office, and let them know how late you'll be. Most times, they can wait for you. !! Watch out for bad maps!! The FedEx web site shows them North of the runway. Google shows them in an airplane hangar. Both are wrong. They are immediately to the right of (and connected to) the main terminal building.
