- JWJJ WFeb 6, 20231.0I recently visited the UPS store to return a package, but was disappointed to find that the hours listed on Google didn't match the actual store hours. I've now been there twice and both times the store was closed early. Please understand UPS, many Canadians ship their packages to Point Roberts and it causes a great inconvenience when they have to drive here to return packages to find you guys closed, especially when no body can call this store to find out if you guys are open or not. It's also a bit confusing that there are two different locations (UPS Access Point and UPS Store) with the same address but different store hours. The mismatch between the hours listed online and the actual store hours is a big issue that needs to be fixed.
