  Travel history showed my package was put on the delivery truck and then 10 minutes later it said someone requested the package to be held and to be delivered at a future date. I called the same day, which was a Friday and was told by the rep that the package didn’t make it on to the truck and the package would be delivered the next day. My delivery status did not change the next day and still showed it was being held. I called them again and the rep told me that either I or the shipper requested the hold. So the first rep either didn’t know how to do his job or was lying. The rep then ask me to confirm that I did not request a hold. I confirmed. The rep informed me that I would have to wait for the hold to be taken off and couldn’t give me a date for when my package would be delivered. The package is 1 of 6 packages that are coming from the same order and is the only one I had issues getting delivered. My suspicion is the delivery driver didn’t want to deliver it because the weight, since both reps gave me completely different information.

  Waited all week for my package, only to catch the delivery driver on camera sticking the "could not deliver " sticker to my door saying I wasn't home. Asked for this to be addressed and was told they would tell the driver to be more careful

  I received a notice on my door in College Place saying a package could not be delivered, because I was not home. However, when I got a call from FedEx, they said they had attempted delivery three times, so I would have to drive to Pasco to get the package, even though, I only received a paper "we missed you" notice once, they said they have pictures showing they had attempted delivery three times. I have no idea why they didn't leave a note the first two times, so that I would know to look out for the incoming package.
