The post office staff have been absolutely great helping me access my PO Box etc for mail and packages! They are always friendly and professional! Kudos

I extended the benefit of the doubt after my first visit, but the second interaction confirmed a consistent pattern of unprofessional behavior. During my first visit, I inquired about sending an overnight package and was told, in a noticeably rude tone, “You’re too late, the mail truck left at 3:00 p.m.” On my second visit, I made a point to arrive before that time. Before even processing my request, she remarked, “Do you know it will be $31?” in a way that implied I might be unable to afford it. She then stated, “We do not do overnight anymore, you would have to wait two days anyway, so it won’t get there until Friday,” again in a condescending manner. Her tone during both visits was consistently unfriendly and dismissive. This type of demeanor is not appropriate for a customer-facing role and reflects poorly on the overall service experience.
