- RPRazor PiggieOct 13, 20251.0Horrible customer service, I told the guy it was an Amazon order and they sent me.one.label he said he couldn't sent the three packages with one label, I had printed out the one label that Amazon sent me and put it as instructed on all boxes. This guy started arguing with me that I was trying to tell him how to do his job which I wasn't. I had a terrible time with Amazon trying to return something I never ordered and this guy accused me I was not understanding what he was saying, I understood that he was willing to help me instead he escalated my frustration and I just left. I will be contacting you UPS corporate also even though I know it is a franchise and stupid people like that get away with that behavior. Bad customer service is bad customer service end of story
