Worse USPS in the USA. They never answer the Phone and will have you waiting in the lobby while they just hang out and talk to each other. You never hear any kind of work being done, have called more than 10 times today. I just want to know why you continue to refuse to deliver my mail to my Address. It has a mailbox, but for some reason your employees are either color blind, blind or are lazy and not wanting to do their job. This make the 5th time I have had important mail not be delivered nor even attempted to be delivered. Yes I do have proof of this as I have been home since 4am pst, I have been calling since 8:30 your opening hours. It is now 9:30 am pst and they are still not answering the phone. Time for us all to file a complaint with the Federal Branch, I have done so. Shame we are forced to us them for our mail and no one else. UPS heck even FedEx is better than USPS.

Fantastic service! The office is really clean and inviting & the office staff is very easy to work with — Not to mention that there was no line!! It takes longer to walk in than to ship a package. 👍

Come on, guys, you have one job. I've lived in my current house for about a year and they've never been able to find it once. Everytime I ask them why, they ask if I have a mailbox on the street, which I do, or if I've filled out the rural residence form, which I have. This most recent experience, though, is why I'm writing a review that I doubt they'll ever see. I ordered something online that I wasn't comfortable having delivered to my sister's house in Tonasket (which I'd taken to doing because these guys can't find me) so I set the address as my house. See, I figured I could keep an eye on the tracking and when they fail again, I could just pick it up from the post office. Well, today, the instant the tracker said undeliverable I drove the ten minutes to the post office. After waiting for someone to actually come to the counter, I said I had a package that was marked undeliverable and I wanted to pick it up. I was told it was already sent back. He didn't ask my name or tracking number, didn't volunteer to check in the back. I asked if there was any chance it hadn't left yet because I just got the notification and he said no, it's already gone. Again no attempt to double check. He did ask if I had a mailbox and if I'd filled out the rural residence form, though.
