- CCChelsea ChildersMay 31, 20251.0I have tried to be understanding of this place. They punished me because my husband complained by not delivering packages to my house anymore. It used to say customer requested to he held. When I didn't. So now they ride around with my packages never attempt to deliver them and then say they did and that I wasn't home. They never attempt. Thats falsified records. Im sure there will be retaliation for this review. Can't get my packages till Monday now. Consumer Affairs is who you call.

Constantly getting the wrong peoples mail, lost packages, or they don't even try at all. Today my dog food was sent back after I got the alert it was ready then they had the brillant idea to send it back to sender less then an hour later! When I tried to call I couldn't get a live person either just their stupid automated crap. Guess who gets to order their dog food to my work address and avoid this place. Ugh!
