- CCChelsea ChildersMay 31, 20251.0I have tried to be understanding of this place. They punished me because my husband complained by not delivering packages to my house anymore. It used to say customer requested to he held. When I didn't. So now they ride around with my packages never attempt to deliver them and then say they did and that I wasn't home. They never attempt. Thats falsified records. Im sure there will be retaliation for this review. Can't get my packages till Monday now. Consumer Affairs is who you call.

The frustrating issue is that there is only one postal worker, used to be two, who had enough intiative (& brain cells) to correlate our physical address to our post office box #. (This is a very tiny community!) So, if for some reason a "sender" only has my physical address, chances are the mail will be returned. I have been here 6 years. The bar to qualify for a job at a post office needs be raised..
- ASAmanda SandsFeb 15, 20251.0It’s posted outside the door with a doorbell saying we have until 9 on saturdays to get packages. I just rang the bell about 20 times. I can hear people talking inside. After standing there for 5 minutes ringing the bell I hear the woman tell the man, “I’m the only one hear today, it’s not gonna happen.” Not sure if she was talking about not answering the doorbell or what. I Just don’t understand how hard it is to open the door and give someone their package. Monday is a holiday and now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my package.
