- WPWhitney PearsonDec 12, 20242.0The person who works inside the post office does great. However my delivery person in my area is NOT. Multiple times I’ve had to come into the post office to collect packages because they changed my delivery status to “ recipient requests package be held and picked up at office” I absolutely did not or package requires signature, again no it did not. So many different reasons just because they didn’t want to get out of their vehicle.

- ASAmelia SachsDec 8, 20221.0The people working IN the post office for service are great. The mail delivery person for my area is awful. I think her definition of good work is just showing up. The delivery effort is lost. Service in general has degraded over the years and it's certainly not what it once was with postal persons who don't get out of their vehicles, won't deliver mail if they have to reach out of their cars, don't retry to make deliveries more than once, will jam packages in the mailbox rather than deliver them to the door, the list goes on and on. The level of laziness and lack of work ethic with postal delivery people is quite unfortunate. I've lived in other areas in WA and TX were postal people exemplify excellent customer service and work. Sadly Omak is not one of those places....there is no more the quality of service that supported the old slogan "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds".

The first one was delivered to a house a few blocks away and this time it was sent back to sender saying my address does not exist even though there was letters in my box from the same carrier the same day.
