Had two packages to be delivered. The carrier left one in the mailbox and marked the other as "unable to access". Apparently the truck in my driveway was to big to walk around? Or they were too lazy to do it. Who knows if I will receive my package..

I have only had excellent interactions with the overworked/underpaid staff here. Everyone has been incredibly nice and helpful :)

Had a weird experience here. I went to change the name on my adopted son's passport. I had all of the paperwork ready and went here ONLY to ship it, but this Filipina lady at the counter was almost refusing to ship the paperwork! She ended up shipping it, reluctantly, stating I better be prepared for it to be rejected (I have no idea why). Weeks later, I received the approval and the passport is coming on the 22nd. Thank you Marites.

After showing up with my label to pick up a package that was apparently underpaid they could not find my package even though they said it was there.
I went ahead and left 20 minutes after I left. I get a phone call saying they found the package.
When I did come back, I said you know it would be really nice if you guys were a little bit more organized because me spending 40 minutes driving in total to pick up a package. One time is incredibly frustrating. The head postal worker seemed to care less and made it seem as if it was my fault that a package that I received was underpaid that I ordered online.
Do better, your shop needs to get more organized when you’re expecting people to come in and then you still can’t find their package that’s unacceptable
In any other world, if you were a commodity you’d be fired for not doing your job appropriately
For reference, this is the second time in three weeks. They have not been able to find my package.

They are incredibly rude and the person who delivers our mail routinely doesn’t deliver packages for zero reason. Even if address is right, there’s room in the box, and the bigger boxes are available if it doesn’t fit within our main mail box. When questioned on where my package is, the folks at the front desk will immediately try to shew you away and not even check to see if they do have it. Insist that they have sent it back when it hasn’t even been 24hrs. Both times they have begrudgely taken my phone number just to call me not even an hour later admitting that they did find it. So I have to circle back and take more time to try and retrieve my package before they REALLY do send it back. I understand that the work load is larger this time of year because of the holidays, but this happens year round. And if the people at the counter were even half decent and treated me like a human being for the mistake of THEIR driver, I wouldn’t feel the way I do. If you live in apartment complex, don’t waste your time and get a P.O. Box.
