- NANeal AdamsFeb 18, 20261.0Been waiting for 15 minutes (not kidding) for the only person working at 1:40 pm on a Wednesday to finish with 1 customer. Apparently everyone else is at lunch. 4 people have left the line already. Employee cares nothing of the long line and hasn't even looked at or apologized to anyone here. How is it possible for only one employee to be working at almost 2pm on a weekday? Office also smells bad, several people commented on it. Unacceptable.

The guy at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. As soon as my husband expressed his needs, he instantly had an attitude and did not want to help us. I then had to call the customer service line to get my problem resolved. There was also another gentleman working and he did not even offer to help us or mediate the situation. I would stay away from this location if I were you.
