- AWAlex WalterNov 12, 20251.0if I could leave zero stars I would. Went to this location today to inquire about an address change that I did online. The guy at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. As soon as my husband expressed his needs, he instantly had an attitude and did not want to help us. I then had to call the customer service line to get my problem resolved. There was also another gentleman working and he did not even offer to help us or mediate the situation. I would stay away from this location if I were you.

They relied on the system and sent it to the nearest location even though I had given them the correct one. This caused unnecessary delivery problems. When I asked for help with undelivered mail that came from their own store, no effort was made to check on the status. I was simply told to go to the website. The same response was given when I asked about filing a claim and there was no guidance or support. Overall, there was no real attempt to help me resolve the issue and the lack of customer service was very disappointing.
