I have gone to this UPS store quite a few times as it is the closest one to me. I haven't always had the best experiences, good service, or best time when needing to return my packages, but today was a bit different. I was super embarrassed returning my 8 packages, but Jennifer was super sweet and patient with me as we went through them all! I have had workers lose patience and show attitude/snark despite my kindness and appreciation towards them. Jennifer was a sweetie and didn't make me feel as bad for taking up her time. She has lovely pink highlights and is one of the kindest workers I have met at this UPS location. Needed to show my appreciation for her great service! Thank you!

I use this location as an Access Point pick-up location and the team here is always professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. Sushan, Sean, Jennifer and the team are all exceptional and knowledgeable in their roles. I consider myself fortunate to be able to rely on them.

Customer service is good and all employees are always friendly and courteous. It gets busy often but I never have to wait long. They work quickly and efficiently, and the line moves quickly.

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful but their printing services leave a lot to be desired. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about how to get a one-page, two-sided brochure to print but more disappointing is that the colors came out very muted. When I expressed dissatisfaction at the printed colors compared to the electronic document the employee just shrugged and and said, "ya, it's always like that". Sorry, that's not acceptable. I was too rushed to find another place for printing this time but I won't be going there for printing again.

Whatever happened to customer service we once knew it. Apparently it is a thing of the past. I ordered a couple gifts from Urban Outfitters for my granddaughter for Christmas. I had the package delivered to your store as she lives in West Olympia, I live in Lacey. I sent the pickup information to my granddaughter so she could present it to pick up the package. She was not allowed to pick it up the package because her last name didn't match the name on the package. I became upset when she was told it was not possible for that reason. I called to speak to the owner to see if there was a way for her to pick it up with verbal approval but was told the owners were at lunch. I asked for call back once the owners returned from lunch. I explained to the employee that I would appreciate a call back before 3:00 pm because had to leave then. I waited a reasonable amount of time for a return call. Nothing! I called and asked to the speak to the owner a second time. This time I was to told the owner wasn't there. That the owner doesn't work there. Conflicting stories. The second person told me he could not release the package to my granddaughter and that it is was now property of UPS, and it was a corporate rule that package couldn't be released. I told the person I spoke to that I wanted to add her name in order for her to pick up her clothes. We can't do that for the reason listed above. I'm seventy five years old, are employees not given permission to think on their own? To provide stellar customer service, like how can we work together to figure this out. I paid for package, chose where to have it delivered but now it is the property of UPS. That is not acceptable to me. I will admit I lost my cool. At my age my filters are pretty much non existant.
