This went from a 5 star to a 1 star service in summer of 2025 due to changevin delivery driver. Previous driver was excellent. Current driver is terrible. Have to call customer service every month to fix order. Feels like they actually want us to cancel service

I have received service from Primo for 8 years now with no issues until this year. Service and customer service are almost non-existent if you call DO NOT press 1 for a call back, they will not call you back. Deliveries have been incorrect and getting them corrected takes rescheduled deliveries ever day for the past 2 weeks. When you finally get a customer service representative they are sincere and take great notes but it seems the issues fall on deaf ears at the local management/distribution warehouse. I would not recommend using Primo water service.

Machine had me scan a QR code to download an app. Loaded money onto the app and the machine didn’t work. Swiped my card and it still didn’t work. Employee was still trying to figure it out and was going to call Priomo to figure out what’s going on.
