- ACAdam CoutoSep 29, 20251.0This went from a 5 star to a 1 star service in summer of 2025 due to changevin delivery driver. Previous driver was excellent. Current driver is terrible. Have to call customer service every month to fix order. Feels like they actually want us to cancel service

Service and customer service are almost non-existent if you call DO NOT press 1 for a call back, they will not call you back. Deliveries have been incorrect and getting them corrected takes rescheduled deliveries ever day for the past 2 weeks. When you finally get a customer service representative they are sincere and take great notes but it seems the issues fall on deaf ears at the local management/distribution warehouse. I would not recommend using Primo water service.
