    Staff here has mastered the art of ignoring customers. I understand if you are unable to help a customer immediately, but it is good customer service and just basic good manners to make eye contact and say something to a customer standing at your counter, even if it's just "I'll be with you soon." My last 2 visits to this location I waited several minutes at the counter without being helped or even acknowledged. I don't recommend FedEx in general, certainly not this store in particular. UPS has much better customer service.

    Had an issue with this place! Sent a package out from them to be returned to a seller in Florida on September 19th 2025 and the package some how came back to my house with the return label ripped off. So had to drive there to get it fixed and deal with them telling me nothing they can do. Had to escalate and was not reimbursed or even called by the higher up for wasting gas back and forth on their mess up! And caused me to lose out on a part replacement that is rare And hard to find! Because it was not returned in time in the window specified and now is causing me issues trying to find another part that is no longer manufactured

    Great staff, even though they were very busy, they took the time to walk me through a complicated print job and made sure I was able to get everything that I needed.

    Horrible service. Would not sell 3x2 blank paper even though I pay for blueprints all the time. Charged $15 dollars for 4 colored pens so I passed. Guess the clerk just wasn't interested in helping a person out.
