Love chatting with the people!I do want to bring up the fact that when there was some theft from the lockers (where they would put a package and then they would put a key in your Post Office Box) they immediately jumped on it., stopped using those boxes and replaced them.

8/2/23:
I went to pick up my package on Monday and there was no key or yellow card. I go inside and tell the lady I had a package that said it was delivered but there's nothing. I give her my PO box# and she gets me the package. I asked about sending that same package to another state and she answered my question. Today (Wednesday) I go in to pick up another package but I forgot my key so I asked the same lady if she could check my box because I forgot my key. She says she can't get anything from the box. Ummm, what's the difference between forgetting my key and not getting a yellow card? There was no questioning me getting the first package. Where's that other girl that left? She had the best customer service.

After my last complaint, the problem was solved, but of course it can't stay good I guess, it would make life too easy. Just the same, delivered Saturday can't get it until Monday. 😡
4/15/23: Nothing's fricken changed. Package delivered Saturday and I can't get until Monday! Why the heck is there lockers?! Sucks sucks sucks
Forced to have mail go to the post office and no service on the weekend and holiday. Got a package delivered Saturday and Monday is a holiday. Sucks can't pick it up, luckily it ain't anything alive, perishable, or medication! Why can't they have more lockers to service the community! 😡
