  Normally I would give this store 4-5 star rating even with the long lines but the clerks are helpful. But today I went in to drop off some shredding. Online there was a 25% discount on shredding. When I got to the store the clerk told me that the OWNER had decided not to honor the discount even though there was a sign on the shredding bin in the store announcing the discount. This is not about the money, it is about false advertising and the lack of an explanation. If there was another option in Oak Harbor I would gladly give them my business.

  I came to return a package to Amazon and I was told it needs to be put in the package it came in. I told them I was sent a plastic ripped and taped up bag with my package it. The guy told me, “Perfect, put it in that”. I drove all the way back to my house and got the bag it was sent in, I came back and a different lady told me they can’t accept plastic bags. Even though I was told 30 minutes before that I could put it in the exact packaging it came in. And the guy who told me that, just stood there staring at the me and the lady who told me I can’t return it in that.

  Typically in and out when dropping off AMZ returns or packages. In my experience they have been quite quick and efficient.
