  Christopher should get a raise. He is fast, kind, helpful and can do multiple people at the same time. His customer service is outstanding. He should pe promoted or get a raise. What a delightful young man.

  I live in a protected/gated apartment complex, and UPS frequently fails to deliver packages properly. Instead of accessing the gate or using the designated delivery area, packages are often returned or marked as delivered when no delivery was made. I am currently missing a package that was marked as “delivered” to my apartment complex; however, security camera footage confirms that no UPS driver arrived or attempted delivery that day. After I filed a claim online, the delivery status changed from “delivered at my apartment complex” to “delivered at the Burlington location,” which is extremely concerning and inconsistent. I am highly dissatisfied with UPS’s handling of this matter. I am expecting and urgently need this package for my baby, yet I still do not have it due to this delivery failure!

  I didn’t receive my refund due to the poor customer service at this UPS Store, especially from Jen, the manager. To make the story short: I dropped off my return package at this UPS location. After two weeks, I still hadn’t received my refund, so I went to the store to follow up. One of the employees took my contact information and told me that the manager would call me. Four days passed with no call, so I went back to the store. The manager, Jen, told me that the reason no one contacted me was because my information was lost. She also said she couldn’t do anything about my claim but could review the security footage to verify that I had dropped off a package. I gave her the estimated date and time of my drop-off. She came back with the excuse that their security footage only stores several days of recordings. I asked her to double-check, and after about five minutes she came back again and said nothing was found. She offered to write a statement on behalf of the store about my situation, so I gave her my email address. Last Saturday, I called again to check whether Jen, the manager, had sent the email I previously requested. Once again, she failed to help me and asked that I call back on Monday. I was told she was not currently in and that a message would be left for her to call me on Monday. When Monday came, I waited until 4:30 PM and still received no call from Jen. I decided to call the store myself. She answered the phone, and I introduced myself, explaining that I had been waiting for her email. She could not give me a reason why she hadn’t sent the email or why she never called me back as promised. Overall, it felt like the manager did not genuinely want to help me. Because of the poor customer service and lack of follow-through, I was unable to file my return claim properly. This was a very disappointing customer service!

  My packages were charged a holding $5 fee while BOTH were clearly labeled DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER and there was NO posted sign of fees for holding on site. The sign was hidden under the counter and no option to have it changed to be delivered to my house was given. I do NOT choose for my packages to go there and have asked the always rotating staff at this location NUMEROUS times how to get my packages stopped from being delivered there to which I have never been given an answer.
