- KSkevin sMar 15, 20231.0Went to the counter to ship a pistol to Florida for repair. The gentleman said the post office doesn't ship firearms. Funny. I called a friend who has an FFL and sent me to the Smokey Point post office where apparently they do ship firearms. The guy there jokingly asked if it was loaded then proceeded with shipping cots. I got lied to at the Lakewood location and my time wasted. Should be no stars. Weak sauce bro

- ZCZodiac Rei-Ann ChenowethFeb 19, 20201.0I just moved over here and live in an RV park, so paid for a PO box online, went in to get it, brought literally the only forms of ID I had showing where I physically live, including a package I had received at my place of living, and Denise rudely turned me away despite my paying for the PO box already, refusing to accept my forms of ID despite the website saying what I had was legit showing "traceable ID to the bearer's current physical address." Had to leave early from work to get there on time just to get robbed because they won't accept my forms of ID for my PO box. Can't get a PO box without "proper identification", but can't get an address to get my stuff updated and sent to me (a PO Box), but again can't get that without my proper ID!!!! So I've just been completely robbed! Catch 22 complete BS. If I could give no stars, I would. Going to be on call with management. I'm livid!
