Then I had to use UPS return computer system to do the return. No labels, I had to get someone to change that. So I did all the work, had an employee not utter a single apology and give me only excuses. Ridiculous.

Skinny young man yelled at me multiple times that I should take my Amazon returns to the kiosk instead of him. He was super rude and dismissive, even when I told him that I tried the kiosk and couldn't figure it out. Fail.
