  I’ve been a loyal customer of this UPS Store in Newcastle for nearly 10 years and have always tried to support them whenever I needed to send packages. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. On October 28, I brought in a package containing clothes, gifts, and tea to be shipped to my niece in New Jersey. I paid $104, and Joe told me the package was expected to arrive the following Monday. However, as of November 10—nearly two weeks later—my niece has not received anything. The UPS tracking only shows “label created,” which means UPS never actually received the package. I contacted UPS directly, and they confirmed that they do not have the package. I then went back to this store to ask for help. I was told that the package may have been lost and that they would file a claim, and that someone would call me with updates. No one called. I tried calling several times myself, but each time I was told they were busy and asked to call back later, with no follow-up and no accountability. I still have the receipt, and the package was processed by Joe. What worries me most is not just the lost package, but the lack of communication, responsibility, and care in resolving the issue. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but I feel I am being ignored, and I don’t know what else to do. I hope the store will take this seriously, follow up, and make it right.

  They don't work Sunday but Google always says they do... service isn't bad here always pretty fast
