  I actually live in Snohomish, but today I had to drive out to Mukilteo just to drop off three packages because my regular courier in Snohomish “ Rita “keeps skipping pickups every few days. After dealing with that frustration, I happened to look up this Mukilteo location and noticed something I’ve almost never seen with a USPS office — a five-star rating. Most you’ll see throughout the cities in Washington or even the states . It’s a one at the most maybe two star rating. This facility is a different breed. Now I understand why. The difference is night and day. The landscaping outside is clean and well maintained. The building itself is spotless. Everything inside is organized and clearly cared for. Most importantly, the employees actually look happy and engaged. You can immediately feel when a place is run by someone who takes pride in their operation and holds a high standard. Whoever is managing this Mukilteo location is doing something right, because the culture here is completely different from what I’m used to seeing. Unfortunately, the Snohomish office is the opposite experience. My courier there, Rita, regularly misses pickups and has a lot of attitude when asked about it. I’ve reached out to that office multiple times trying to resolve the issue and nothing ever changes. When leadership treats concerns like a joke, the service reflects that. It’s no surprise that location struggles with a very low rating. Mukilteo shows exactly what happens when the right person is running the operation. Clean facility, positive staff, and people who actually care about doing their job well. Huge respect to the team in Mukilteo — this location is proof that the USPS can run the way it’s supposed to when the leadership sets the right standard.

  Delivered my mail I had forwarded for a month. I left the country to find they stopped delivering my mail. Went through the process online and through the phone of making sure they would resume delivering my mail. They haven't, it doesn't matter what I do they just return my mail to sender. I lived all over the country, and this is by far the worst postal service I have had anywhere. Filled out paper forms in box, online, through the phone, no change in service. I have had better luck getting delivery while traveling abroad than with this post office.

  Been home all day.. USPS claims they left a notice on my door of attempted delivery. Never saw the post office person. Convenient for them to not deliver the day before a holiday.. now I get to wait an extra week for them to attempt a redeliver. Nothing but frustrations.. would not recommend at all.
