- LSLiz SNov 9, 20251.0I dropped off a USPS item here and it was never received by the recipient. I should have trusted my intuition as I felt bad about doing this but they don’t even want to listen to you and just point to a pile on the floor, no scan, unsecured. Window says they take USPS. So, I’m out $100 in value as this item was a return and the label shows it was never scanned. This happed in Oct sometime.

I used their services multiple times and they had my info in their system. Instead of using my name and address as a sender they put their address. I sent many times with FedEx or UPS and they always put my address as a sender. Consequently, my receiver mailed the package back to the address on the package with the USPS. The USPS delivery the package but postnet returned it. I went to the postnet office the next day and their postal worker said I should have informed them about the package and they would hold it for me, which I did. However on October 31, two days later, after the second delivery attempt, they returned it again. Those papers are very important for me- a question of $30000. Avoid this company

Pat stopped mid-sentence with another customer to tell me that the label was very large and he had to scan it to make sure it would scan - it did. Then he started telling me that I needed to move......wait the Amazon lady came in so Pat stopped mid-sentence with me to yell at the Amazon lady as she was walking back out the door - he then followed her outside leaving both the first customer and me hanging mid-sentence. Pat is very rude.
