- SRSue RockstadMay 9, 20251.0Whatever you do, run from this delivery service. They charged me 150.00 for 4 days service. Glad I figured them out early to get out! This company has multiple different listings Primo Water, Crystal Springs, etc. The customer service is the worse I have ever encountered, no one speaks English. They will transfer you to multiple different people and an hour later your issue is still not resolved! I was ripped off!!!! Too bad I didn’t look up their reviews before ordering, they are dreadful!! And they are not BBB accredited so when they charge you fees you have no one to back you up. Stay away!!!
