Brian is an absolute GEM! He was very kind and funny while working through our request and made us feel comfortable during every step! Gave great food/activity recommendations as we were visiting the area for the day :)

Package got mistakenly sent to this post office. Took 6 days for them to get it back out the door. Was shipped as domestic "priority" mail. Amazon has lapped USPS so many times when do we just call it good and send everyone home at USPS permanently?

I ordered a birthday gift from the uk so I knew delivery was going to take some time. My package arrived in Washington on the 27th of may and said my package would be delivered by the 29th. I called the Burlington office where I thought my package would go on the 30th because I had gotten no updates until that day, they told me it was at the mount vernon facility an it would probably be sent back to the Burlington office an to wait for it to come. It is now the 1st of August, so this morning I called the mount Vernon USPS and I was told that the package they’ve had for two days was sent “back to Seattle to be sent back to the correct facility” when I asked why it was sent to them all the person could say was “sometimes this just happens, every once in a while we get the wrong package and we have to send it back” I used to work at fed ex so I’m pretty well rounded about how the system works and this is BS. My package details STILL haven’t changed it just says as of the 30th my package is in mount Vernon and now I won’t be receiving it for another what week? Because you guys don’t deliver on the weekends, this isn’t the only review I’ve seen like this on here either. If someone’s not doing their job right they should be fired. It’s literally YOUR JOB to make sure packages get to the correct place.

HORRIBLE experience getting my passport just now. I had all the documentation ready to go, my first passport. 1. Lady yelled at me rudely for coming into the office area, even though no signs saying wait in the hall. The door is also wide open. 2. She didn't verify my name or my appt. 3. Stood there staring at me without a word, I didn't know what she needed first. Told her my first passport, she didn't care, just stood silently. Then got mad the copies were separate from the originals. 4. Rudely asked where my photo was. My appt included her taking my photo. She grabbed camera and walked around the desk without a word. When asked where I'm supposed to stand, she rudely half-shouted IN THE HALLWAY! 5. She asked if I was standard or expedited. It's literally in my application. Then stared waiting for the money order without saying a word. 6. She stapled all of my docs together after I signed without a word (again). I had no idea the originals were being STAPLED TOGETHER with the copies and application. She was annoyed when I asked why and also why copies were needed if they are receiving originals. Half surprised she didn't try to staple my original DL. Only time she was SEMI nice was around the other employees when she had me pay for the post office fees. It felt extremely uncomfortable leaving my documents with this woman. If I don't get my expedited passport in 3 weeks, I'm calling to verify my application was sent in on time, and if not, I'm going to be filing an official complaint. She was extremely nice to the women before me, so I'm not sure why I was this lady's target today. Only reason 2 stars is because the task was completed.
