I am not sure what's going on, but I do know that this little Post office needs some serious help. The building is way to small to support the recent growth of the area. I know they are over worked and need more help. This little Post Office needs a lot, a lot of what exactly, I couldn't say. But what I do know is that in the last couple years the service has deteriorated. This last month has been straight awful. I feel sorry for the employees.

I had a package incorrectly routed through Mossyrock to Vancouver. In my attempt to find my package, I ended up speaking with Tanya. She went out of her way to call Vancouver, find my package and get it routed back to me. She kept in contact with me over the few days this took, giving me updates and finally a confirmation picture of my package, relabeled, showing it was on its way. At any point Tanya could have redirected me v. helping me and I am very thankful that she didn't. I have not had customer service this good in a very long time. Thank you Tonya and Mossyrock!
