They constantly close early and you can't get to your POBox. Very irritating, especially when you need time sensitive documents. Not sure if they have security issues but never had this much trouble getting to a POBox and I've had 3 in Washington, 2 in Arizona and one in Hawaii and they were on Hawaiian time. Cierran temprano constantemente. No puedo acceder a mi buzón.

I'd rather choose no stars. I set up an appointment for a passport, and the time I was given was 245-3p... I understood that to mean that, since they only did this on certain days and times, I could come in any time between 245p and 3p. I came in at 250. When I was called to the counter, this is how the conversation went: "How can I help you?" "Hi, I have an appointment for my passport at 3p." "We don't have any appointments at 3p. Our last appointment was at 245." "Oh. The notification I received stated 245p to 3p, so I thought it was a timeframe." "No. The appointment starts at 245, and ends at 3." ... "Okay. Well, thank you." "Yep." I walk away feeling extremely low, and having received no form of customer service at all. Not a single: "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." "Would you like to reschedule?" Or even the cover-it-all question: "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" I knew I should have waited for the lady with the crew cut & tattoos; she's who I normally have to service my USPS needs, she's always friendly & informative. But that woman today? Yeah - I'll be doing my best to NOT have to deal with her again. I'd wait for however long for another person to be free just to NOT have to communicate with her. I know it may sound strange, but she hurt my feelings a bit. Her tone was so 'I can't wait to leave.'

The worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They were supposed to get me a new key for my mailbox. My landlord paid for a key and had to repeatedly call and ask when my key would be made but they had told me multiple times that he didn't pay for one and I should pay for a po box. And I had my mail on hold and would not tell me that I'd have to renew the hold and just send my mail back.
