We recently got a new temporary carrier at our apartment complex who doesn't want to deliver our mail because it requires she gets out of her car and she delivers it to the wrong boxes she delivers it to the wrong door we've had very important mail just flat out go missing

if i could give lower i would. Paid $41 to have a birthday gift for a friend shipped, labeled it as GLASS and FRAGILE. they still threw it around so the box was damaged and the package started leaking so it was RTS, the box looked like it got dropped kicked by a soccer player. So mad. waste of time and money.
