Also the fastest and easiest place for returning any Amazon item, without needing to repack or pay postage! Kiosk makes it very fast and easy, without needing an associates assistance! And waiting in line is very short, IF there is any wait!

I dropped off certified letters that needed to go out immediately and was assured they would be mailed the same day since the pickup hadn’t happened yet. However, they didn’t go out until the following afternoon! To make matters worse, the post office then held them another day. When I called the manager, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted the letters were sent the same day — but the post office confirmed otherwise. It’s now been three days, and my letters still haven’t left Moses Lake, all because the UPS Store delayed mailing them for over 24 hours. If you’re sending anything time-sensitive or important, go elsewhere. This delay could have serious consequences.
