- CCCutter3 days ago5.0Warehouse with an office nestled in back of the college across from Job corps that I had no idea was even there! Great people, Sharon was a huge help! I'm happy that I found the place and will definitely use it as my regular FedEx drop off. Plenty of boxes for sale and will help you pack it up if you don't already have it done. Credit card and cash, didn't have any problems at all! I'd imagine it is a little unknown place, RAMP IT UP AND TAKE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! 🤗

The lady who helped me, Carrie, easily could have matched my energy. But she didn't. She was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. Her professional attitude and ability to get me in and out fast helped my mood change. Great customer service!

If you are reading this feeling frustrated, I will assist! Turn down Chanute Rd and drive past the grassy area and the NEW FedEx location is on your right... you're welcome. The lady at the counter was nice enough to open the locked door and take my package!! She gave outstanding customer service and really saved the day today, since I live over an hour away and got lost 🙃 4 stars since the Googler is sending people to the old location from 2 years ago! Update update update pleeeeease... hope this helps someone!!
