    The customer service at this location seriously needs to be evaluated. I drop off packages at many UPS locations near me, and use this location about once a week. I usually try to use the self scan to avoid the rude staff. Last Thursday I dropped off a larger package and I used the self scan but chose to hand it to an employee since I didn’t want to take up the whole bin, she proceeds to tell me if someone dumped water on my package the label would be ruined. I’m confused how that was at all justified and why a staff member would be dumping water on the packages, just seems like a really unnecessary comment. Today I go in and am waiting for the only self scanning (since the other was out of order) the staff member tells me to come up and has the rudest attitude letting me know how I shouldn’t be using self scanning as it’s for amazon returns and my package is “too large”. It was a 12 x 15 inch reused Amazon box, definitely not a large package by any means. She was demeaning to the person in front of me talking to them like a child. I am definitely going to avoid this location as clearly the staff has attitude problems and I don’t need negative vibes when dropping off my packages.

    I have tried multiple times to interact with various employees in a professional setting for my business and each time I have been confounded by the terrible service. I have been met with ineptitude regarding the services they offer, in one instance i had to speak to a manager to handle the most basic of printing questions, like what sizes they offer. In another instance I approached the counter and told the employee im asking about their print services in person to try to learn everything in person as opposed to over the phone and was met with instant hostility regarding me not knowing what i wanted despite clearly elucidating i was there to learn about their offerings. I shouldnt be met with hostility for not knowing what services a company i dont work for offers. Management needs to hire better kinder employees who care a little bit. The people I've encountered here are awful and if they treated me in public they way they have professionally i would not have tolerated it. Dismal service.

    Polite and professional. It was very busy with a line, but a clerk saw I was just carrying a package ready for drop off. She came over and took it, so I avoided the line.

    They intentionally over bill you here. When asked about the large size discrepancy between the actual size of the package and what they billed me for, they just said "it's just our policy to add a few inches on every dimension of the package instead of using the actual dimensions". dishonest and scummy.

    Came in on a Thursday to ship a package 2 day. The employee was new so took a while but friendly and helpful. She told me it's expected delivery was Saturday. It's Monday and is due for delivery today so went into the store to show the confirmation email that said it would be delivered Saturday and wondered why I paid for 2 day. Apparently my reciept says expected delivery is actually Monday and I signed the screen accepting that. I told the owner the employee did not tell me that and showed her the email that says Saturday but she flat out told me yes, I was told that it would be Monday. I know what I was or wasn't told so this was frustrating. They charged me for 2 day shipping (which is very expensive) knowing that it would take 4 and did not inform me of that. I did sign the screen full of fine print and thats on me but they should not be charging people without verbally confirming with the customer that the expected shipping is not actually 2 day. I understand that various destinations don't ship Saturdays and Sundays but that should be obviously disclosed, not hidden in a bunch of fine print. I feel swindled and saw other reviews with customers experiencing the same deceptive shipping charges. The owner offered no remedy at all so after being a customer since the store opened I will no longer use this UPS store.
