When he finally paid attention to me I said finally. He then called me rude. He needs to be refreshed on customer service
- SDsydney dSep 17, 20251.0staff left a sign that said “going out for lunch, will be back at 2pm!” and as i’m writing this it’s 2:40pm. nobody is here and this isnt the first time this has happened either. came in on monday and had the same issue with them saying they would come in at 3pm and then they didnt come out until 3:15. there’s been a line forming which now has about 15 people, everyone is fed up

Any packages that are shipped usps is sent back to the shipper. I ask usps why and they couldn't give me a real answer. So disgusted with this post office.
