Staff were unhelpful and rude. I was made to stand in line multiple times due to them not communicating the full shipping requirements adequately. They were unwilling to verify the sender address or help in any way. At the end, they made rude comments about the package contents, which were disclosed on the customs form.

Heaven forbid you rush over from work and get here just before close. I arrived a few minutes (6 minutes or so) before they closed thinking it wouldn't be an issue because I had 1 question and wasn't sending anything out. Well that seemed to really bother the postal worker. I asked if it was possible to look up when my package would arrive since I have a PO box there and the tracking link wasn't working for me. I told her I have an email saying it was delivered but my PO box was empty and I couldnt get the link to work. I told her I understood it was late in the day and I could try to come by tomorrow if it was going to be complicated to look up. That I didn't want to bother them. She stared at me in disbelief and silence each time I asked or tried to get an answer from her she just stared at me with her eyes wide and mouth open like if I just asked her something scandalous. I didn't think this was a crazy question I figured the worst she could say was "we can't do that, try again tomorrow" but I just wanted to see since it would save me quite a bit of driving. I felt so humiliated standing there waiting for an answer while she just blinked at me. Finally she just said "well there's no package because I've already delivered all of them for the day" so I just apologized for disturbing her and left. The next day I came by and checked my PO box for a slip but instead found that she had stuffed the entire package into my extra small PO box for what I assume was out of spite from the day prior. All of my things were crushed and torn from that so thanks. Try to avoid coming after 430 because the postal worker will treat you like garbage and then destroy your packages after. 👍 EDIT: Updated to say it was the lady with the purple hair and black glasses. Reading the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one that's had a negative experience with her.

The staff could not be more useless than they are, even though they try really hard. Avoid at all costs

I have been having terrible experiences the past two times I’ve been here these past months. First time was with the purple hair lady with black glasses. Based off the reviews, she clearly has a reputation. Was extremely rude and kept bending my envelope to check what was inside when it clearly said don’t bend. She tried to charge me around $9 to mail out just a magazine that had a card inside protected by cardboard, so I just used a different, more cost effective mail carrier. Second time I was mailing out business tax forms and I wanted to confirm that the postage was enough. The lady at the counter weighed my envelopes and put it through the measurement slot and verified that it was fine. Then two weeks later I get it mailed back to me saying both letters were short 49 cents, even though the employee confirmed it was fine. Due to their lack of protocols and inconsistent rules, I am now liable for a late fine Also majority of the times when I try to drop off packages in their bin, it’s always shut/full
