- APAnna P1 day ago1.0I’ve been trying to receive my birthday gift for the second day in a row, and the experience has been very frustrating. Today the delivery was scheduled between 2–6 PM, but at 12 PM I already received a notification saying that I was not home and the delivery could not be completed. What is very confusing is that no one rings the doorbell, knocks on the door, or calls. It feels like the driver is not actually attempting delivery and just leaves a notice and moves on. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially since it is a special birthday gift. I really hope the delivery process can be improved so customers actually have a chance to receive their packages.
