This is the last straw. I'm never going to a USPS again. I've used USPS all over the Eastside from Bellevue/Kirkland/Bothell/Mill Creek and usually I don't have a good experience.
The people here aren't horrible - it was just the fact that I was next in line and the clerk told me I should have gone to the next clerk (when he stopped me and said the person who USED to be in front of me and gave her service) BUT when it was my turn he let the person behind me go and didn't care that I was next.
He said, "It’s too late" instead of stopping the other person he stops me instead of letting me take my turn. So I had to wait ... for more than 20 minutes when I was 3rd in line. 20 minutes to drop off a flat rate envelope. Yes, I had to go back to write with pens that weren't working and write the address (I wanted to make sure I didn't need a label and fill it out correctly) but letting both the person in front AND behind me go was wrong. His judgment was incorrect and he didn't give me a choice. There's no way I'm putting up with that kind of favoritism against me. I'm going to use FedEx or a different mailing business from now on.

I just wanted to send a mail with a tracking number. I repetedly said i wanted an affordable and simple option.Instead of proposing me the Certified mail option, the employee proposed me only 35 dollar express mail, or just the regular 78c stamps with no tracking... Nothing in between ! So now i have to reprint my documents, go back and get the Certified mail i learned about afterwards... USPS please train your employees about the basic services you provide !

Like many others have said, the woman with the purple hair and glasses should be fired. Dealt with her today after seeing a sample of rude and crazy comments made to and about customers in line ahead of me. She was so rude to me and interrogating me about a situation which is the EXACT SAME situation I dealt with last week with a MUCH nicer staff member who was kind and seemed more competent and resolved my issue. I never write bad reviews but this purple hair lady is unhinged. I literally almost cried in the post office and I use their services daily for my business. I'm going to have to file a formal complaint and hope others will do the same. The rest of the staff here is wonderful but this is unacceptable for a government employee to act this way.

Absolute rudest staff at this USPS, just pray you don’t have to deal with the purple haired witch, she is the worst of them, her retirement truly can’t come any faster! They lose packages before they even get scanned in and then gaslight you by saying you probably never even dropped the package off.. only for the package to end up at a main facility days later! completely untrained, unfriendly, & unprofessional behavior, by far the worst USPS i have ever been to

Refused to print a label for a pre-paid package. What the hell is even the point of these people?
Roland in particular is belligerent and rude.
