  Horrible store service, I have shipped hundreds of items and used 12x12x12 boxes many times. I had an item that weighed 3lbs in the box and they charged me for 13 pounds and said the box was 13x13x12. I use prepaid labels through eBay so they took the item and billed me double the rate once they delivered the item. Because of this you have to go through eBay and dispute the nonsense charges and take up hours of time to fix their mistake, if it gets fixed and takes 5-7 business days to get a response. I don't advocate for A.I. to take over jobs but it can't come soon in this case. Who measures a box with a inked manufactured label on the bottom of the box that states the dimensions, all of which are equal so how did they mess that up and get 2 different measurements. I don't know if it's best to avoid just this poorly rated location or the entire company but absolutely avoid this location to be safe.

  Horrible service. Absolutely unacceptable. We have had our UPS mailbox since 2010 and have used their mail forwarding service for years. Unfortunately, over the last two years the service has steadily declined, and the most recent experience has been the worst by far. In November, we received a call stating that our mailbox needed to be renewed and that our mail had not been forwarded for 6 to 8 weeks. We were told we had to re-complete USPS paperwork that we had already completed years ago, get it notarized, and resubmit payment information, which has never changed. We spent an entire day jumping through these hoops and sent everything back promptly. At that point, our mail had already been delayed for over six weeks. It is now January, after the holidays, and we still have not received any mail. When we called again, we were told that they needed payment on file yet again, for the fourth time in six months. As a result, we are now missing mail dating back to October, over four months ago. This location used to be reliable, but it has become completely disorganized and untrustworthy. If you rely on timely mail forwarding, I strongly recommend finding another mail service. This office is no longer capable of providing even basic mail handling services.
