I had a box and it was already taped. I asked for a second round of precautionary tape because it was an expensive item to secure it. I’ve come to this location many times for returns, and today I stopped by with a newborn in tow and a $2,000 medical device to return. Since I’d run out of tape at home (it was already taped), I asked if they could add a strip of packing tape to secure the box. The associate informed me it would cost $2 to put tape on the top and bottom, a premium experience, apparently. I agreed, but I couldn’t help laughing to myself. USPS sells an entire large roll of tape for about $3, and I’ve even shared it with other customers before. It’s funny how a simple strip of tape can turn into a reminder of the mildly inhumane little inconveniences we run into in the world, especially when the public service right down the street would’ve taped it up with far more humanity. Not a terrible visit overall, but worth noting if you come here expecting even a tiny courtesy. I've paid for printing here before too and done that gladly because it was what I expected. Bring your own tape…I guess that's what they want you to do.
