- XYXinping YuanFeb 6, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this location today. I felt rushed from the moment I stepped up to the counter. The clerk was extremely impatient and actually blamed me for not knowing specific shipping details beforehand. It is unreasonable to expect customers to be experts on every postal regulation or form before they arrive. If you want to be treated with basic decency or need any help navigating the shipping process, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

This post office is a very busy spot on the island but each time I’ve gone in, I have had a pleasant interaction and wonderful assistance. It’s also really great to have the automated postal kiosk there for after office hours to send packages and get stamps. Thankful for the dedicated staff here.
