Just because we don’t have the same last name they made my husband call me while I was at work to email them that he can pick up my package even though we have the same address on our IDs and I gave him the tracking number. How would someone living at the same house be stealing a package??? No where on the site does it say I have to give confirmation for pick up via email

She is having a bad day obviously customer service isn’t her thing.

So update to the franchise owner New Mexico is apart of the United States. If you don’t have a valid Washington state ID don’t bother coming here for notary services.
