The staff member who assisted me—a large-built male staff member with a dark skin tone—did not offer any greeting or basic courtesy. After briefly checking my ID and package information, he took my ID and went to look for my package. However, when he returned, instead of completing the transaction, he went to another counter to help another customer, leaving me waiting without any explanation. I was in a hurry, as I needed to pick up my son, and within a few minutes a line had formed behind me. I approached him to ask whether my package had been located. He did not respond verbally and simply handed me the package from behind the other counter, without making eye contact, offering no explanation and no apology. To make matters worse, he did not return my ID. I had to ask for it, and only then did he retrieve it from the counter and hand it back to me. The entire interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional, and discourteous. I have been a satisfied UPS customer for over ten years, and this experience seriously undermined the level of service I have come to expect from UPS. This single encounter completely damaged my otherwise positive impression of the brand.

It is not surprising that their review scres are significantly below the Bellevue UPS branch as the experience between the two is night and day making it worth the drive to go to Bellevue.
