  Needed to print 5 pages, black and white. Should be quick and simple right? Well I was running later than I'd like and showed up 15 minutes before closing figuring that I'd be in and out with plenty of time before they closed. Turns out they had already shut down the printer and refused to power it back on citing long boot up time. Just close earlier if you aren't going to be able to perform basic services. I got home and wrote this review with 5 minutes to spare before closing, disappointed I have to go somewhere else for such a simple job. There's no way I'm coming back to print on Monday, I'll go out of my way to avoid it.

  The Mercer island UPS STORE was so very helpful and patient while we printed several documents and had each of the notarized then mailed for a complicated transaction. So very professional and appreciated.

  This location is overall convenient, gentle, and kind for doing some Amazon returns and random printing jobs. One minus star cause there seems to be absolutely no plan to fix the computer for customers' printing, so the only way to make printing request is to send an email with attachments to the store management, and then they will print it from their computers behind the counter. That is generally mostly fine, except when I'd like to print some documentations with critical personal information that I do not want to share via email. So I'm gonna have to find another UPS store where it is equipped with typical printing-job computer that wipes out every data as soon as I log out.

  Horrible experience. I had to print a few documents (4 total pages) and I emailed them to them and they printed them for $.32 a page, as advertised. Okay. BUT then they snuck in a $2.99 "computer use" fee I guess for them to download the document from the e-mail you have to send to - a 3 second process to pull it up and click print. Worse yet, I messed up on one of my documents so I had to make a short edit and resend it to them. The woman was literally still at the computer looking at the e-mail and once again hit me with another $2.99 "computer use" fee to print two more $.32 documents that had my error corrected. It takes them way more time to literally do anything else such as Amazon returns or mailing anything, just a ridiculous cash grab. She wasn't friendly or nice about any of the process either, especially when I questioned the "computer use" fee. $6 in "computer use" fees to print a few b&w 8.5x11 documents. I won't be back. No customer service here.

  This is my local UPS store, and the team here is fantastic. They are always helpful and patient, especially during peak times both during the week and during the holidays. I’d like to give a particular shoutout to Tayiba, who I truly enjoy working with!
