USED to be good. At least packages that "had wrong address" were held for more than 2 hours. How am I supposed to know what companies will ship to a P.O. Box vs my physical address? I've now had 4 packages sent back within HOURS of being received, tracking said "notice given" just for it to be scanned to be sent back within 3 hours of it just arriving there. And I never even got a notice in the mail!! Nor any emails. I looked it up and they're supposed to hold it for at least a week. Now lord forbid I don't check the tracking every 30 seconds to get it the MILLISECOND it shows up- it gets sent back. And then IM the one who's blamed for "wrong address". The kicker is I've had no issues in getting Amazon packages in the parcel lockers that were addressed to my physical address multiple times. But ANYTHING else, that'll be sent back immediately. And I've gone in office multiple times to tell them my addresses so they know we exist. Now this last time, it was scanned to be sent back literally when they weren't even open yet. They need to honor their policy of keeping packages at least more than 24 hours. And no, I was NOT notified. In any form. The old management used to actually hold stuff for longer than a few days. Now if you dare to wait (or even if you literally can't get to it on time bc you work) longer than a few hours and don't check the tracking like a hawk, you'll have your packages sent back. Absolutely absurd.

WORST post office employees EVER. The men who deliver in this town are AWFUL. I highly recommend getting a PO Box or a huge mailbox otherwise all your packages etc will be destroyed because they’re too lazy to walk to your door IF they even attempt to deliver it. They are literally PAID to deliver mail, but make you go pick it up and do their job for them. Terrible terrible customer service.

The people I talk too are nice, polite and apologetic however, I constantly am getting mail misdelivered, pretty much on a weekly basis. I receive other neighbors mail and vice versa. One of my packages was delivered to an old friend who lives several blocks away and was kind enough to bring to me. I was lucky, that could have been someone less desirable and could have cost me significantly to reorder. Online tracking displays packages left at post office for retrieval, yet when I try, the items are not there to be found. It takes multiple attempts to retrieve, if not eventually delivered. Notification is supposed to be left in mail box for pick ups, and that hasn't happened yet. I have also witnessed other people making complaints while waiting in line there, and feel sorry for people working at the front that have to make excuses for someone else's failure.

I stood in line to receive my package that said it was ready for me to pick up. The lady at the counter would not give it to me, saying that I have to get it Monday. When everyone else before me was able to pick up their package. I've been waiting 4 days.
