  First, i want to start off by saying, that i appreciate all the hard work, that each of you do for all of us, every day, so we can get our mail in a timely fashion. But lately, we've been having an issue with packages not being left, where they were instructed to be put, so they were out of the elements, and not just sitting where people could steel them. Instead, we've had them left sitting in the middle of our driveway, as if it were washing and eating "im over here, don't run me over!". We've had them left most of the time these days, all the way out at the end of our driveway, just on the inside of our gate, that hasn't yet been installed. We've had 1 left on the rear bumper of a vehicle in our driveway visiting. Which i don't know anytime, who is going to walk around behind their car and check for packages on the bumper, because it isn't a customary practice. Which was the case in this event too. And when they went to leave, the packages fell off the bumper and was run over by the car. And one package, they said they tried to deliver, but i was home all day and on the lookout for mailman never came. Yet i got an email, about the same time as the mail truck would have been going our mailboxes on the highway. And their was a service notice in our box saying dogs were out loose. Which they ate not ever, outside alone. Not ever. Don't take a job, where penetrant must depend on you, to do your job, no matter the circumstances or situation, because that's the unspoken oath people take, when assuming those responsibilities. I know after so many deliveries in a day, every step is a triumph and all you want is to click out and go home. But come on man, or mam, take pride in the work you do. Because i can promise you one thing is for certain. Nobody can do your job, better than you can! So own it! The ladies in the office are almost always in a chipper cheery mood, and live to talk to sometimes when they aren't busy.

  You guys have a horrible phone system. I've been trying to talk to someone for 30 minutes and your system can't even direct me. Keeps throwing me in circles. I'm more of a triangle guy.

  Our post lady for the past 5 years has done a really really bad job. She refuses to put packages in the package boxes and won't deliver a pink slip until it's the last notice. Or our mail gets put into someone else mailbox and they tape it to our locked boxes. It's time to get her out of the post office. Let the lazy person retire or fire her. So over it
