- KBKaylee BodineMar 8, 20261.0They've now lost two very expensive packages of mine. No call backs from them, no email responses, no answers as to where my packages were left. Last summer they lost a package valued at $300+ - never saw that money again and never received any information as to where their driver carelessly left my package. Now it's happened again, where they have lost another large order and are refusing to get back to me as to where my packages were left. UPS, FedEx, DHL, even Amazon ALWAYS deliver to my house with no issues... But USPS is consistently losing my packages. I have a sign in my yard with my house number and a light on it when it's dark, and it's physically on my house. There's no excuse to not leave it at the correct address. Shame on y'all for not getting back to me about the missing packages. Do better.
